Enhancing Your Insurance Service Experience

At AAA Ohio Auto Club Insurance Agency, customer service is paramount. To provide our customers with support that’s personalized and consistent, we’ve transitioned the focus and culture of our customer service team to one more deeply focused on building and maintaining client relationships through a dedicated client insurance account manager structure.

Each insurance account manager will focus on maintaining the agency-client relationship by working directly with our clients to develop insurance accounts and fulfill their needs.

“The restructure will provide our insurance clients with a more personal touch throughout their policy period,” said Stephanie Shegitz, director of insurance. “Our sales and service associates will now be better aligned to provide a team approach.”

Your insurance account will be assigned to an account manager, who will:

    • Learn about your individual needs and make recommendations on coverage and services personalized for you.
    • Proactively review your policy at renewal, plus handle all of your policy servicing needs.
    • Maintain contact with you, keeping you informed of new policy coverages or services, as well as work closely with your insurance agent on a daily basis.

When you call our main agency number at (800) 288-4467, you’ll be transferred to your account manager for any policy servicing needs. Agency hours are 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 9 a.m.-noon on Saturdays. You’ll also be able to schedule policy review appointments with your insurance account manager.
